When should I reserve my shore excursion?

Top Turkey Trips highly recommends booking your excursions as soon as you can! Our great and reasonable excursions are getting often sell out quickly, so we would suggest you book your space early to get the best chance of reserving your shore tour in each destinations.

Keep in mind that our shore cruise tours are small group tour which is maximum 12 persons

How close to departure may I reserve my shore excursions?

Booking time is up to availability – but generally up to 7 days prior to the tour date. If you desire to book within 4-5 days of the tour date, we may be able to help – but we ask you that please call our experienced sales team to inform you about those bookings.

Top Turkey Trips recommend you to get your shore excursion vouchers as soon as you can. Your shore excursion vouchers will mention you the meeting location and departure time of all your tours – so it is important you take these with you.

Do I have to pay full amount or Pay some deposite?

If you reserve your shore trip with some deposite that will be possible. But you will be prompted to pay the balance due 15 days before the departure. If you prefer to pay in full at the time of purchase, you may do so as well.

All bookings made within 4-months of departure will be charged in full at the time of purchase. But remember you have until 15 days before the date of your excursion to cancel for a full refund.

If I book, how will you send confirmation of my booking?

when you book your tours, you will receive confirmation of your booking in 24 hours time. Your vouchers with tour time and meeting points information will be emailed to you as a pdf file, approximately one month before your departure date. If you make your booking within a month of departure, your vouchers will be emailed as a pdf file to you within approximately 72 hours of booking.

Is there any risk that if I miss my cruise ship?

Well this will be an urgent canselation so you will not have any risk only we charge small amount rest of amount we refund you
